Eden Falconry Ltd is maintained for your personal use.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.
We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time.
By using this site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.
When using this site you may access an online service or transaction that is separate from another service we provide. Each of these services will have its own terms and conditions that apply to that service or are covered by our general terms and conditions. Users of any service should make sure they have read the relevant terms and conditions before entering into an agreement with Eden Falconry Ltd or making a transaction.
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
No part of this website, including information, images, logos, photos and overall appearance and content of this site, may be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the copyright holders.We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not means that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
Payment
Payment for a service, experience day, display or demonstration must be made either at the point of purchase or prior to the invoice due date. Payments received more than 28 days of the invoice due date may be subject to a 'Late Payment' charge. Failure to settle any outstanding payments may result in legal action. This action will include applicable fees due under the law on late payments, as well as claim for interest from the due date of the invoices, court fees and recovery costs. Where appropriate, interest, compensation and further costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 will be claimed.
Bookings
Prior to booking a service, experience day, display or demonstration in which you have a specific date in mind, please call or email us to check availability BEFORE you confirm a booking, make a deposit or payment in full to avoid disappointment.
In the event of bad weather or circumstances beyond our control Eden Falconry Ltd reserve the right to cancel a service, experience day or display if the conditions are unsuitable on the day. We will however do everything we can to go ahead with all of our bookings and will attempt to contact you by telephone or email if we do need to cancel. Due to the unpredictability of our weather this maybe on the actual day of a service, experience day, display or demonstration. As a result we do ask that if you have any doubt as to whether a service, experience day display or demonstration is going ahead, that you contact us for confirmation 24 hours prior to your event.
The welfare of all our birds is highly important to us, and their wellbeing comes before any part of our business. We will remove any bird from a display, event or experience day at the first sign of stress, or due to any health concerns and as a consquence the birds we choose to bring or display may not be guaranteed or may vary at short notice.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather, where permitted we will re-book a service, experience day, display or demonstration for you on the next available date.
Performance
Our services, experience days, displays and demonstrations involve the use of fully trained birds of prey. We cannot however guarantee their performance and no refunds will be given in the event of poor performance.
Eden Falconry will not be responsible for damage or soiling to clothing or footwear during a performance or experience day.

We will remove any bird from a display, event or experience day at the first sign of stress, or due to any health concerns and as a consquence the birds we choose to bring or display may not be guaranteed or may vary at short notice.
Eden Falconry has the right to cancel a service, experience day, display or performance on the following grounds: Bad weather, high tempretures, to close to busy road, Adjacent river, Low running power lines, Other dangerous events ie. Dogs, Shooting, Archery, Low flying aircraft in area, Animal and Plant Health Agency (AHPA) restrictions & protection zones and circumstances beyond our control.
Experience Vouchers
All vouchers purchased via our website, via phone or in person are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please note that when looking to redeem a voucher, weekends, bank holidays, half term and summer holidays are very popular and you are advised to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. An administration charge of £25.00 is required in order to extend your voucher for an additional three months and must be paid no later than 14 days from the date of expiry. Once purchased no refund will be given for any reason including bad weather, lack of availability, Animal and Plant Health Agency (AHPA) restrictions & protection zones and circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our experience days age limits apply to be able to participate. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult, either in a participating on non-participating capacity.
Cancellation
For cancellations of a booking, you are required to provide written notice 60 days prior to the date of your event or experience day. Failure to do so may mean that you will be subject to fees or payment in full.
Refunds
Where a service, experience day, display or demonstration has been cancelled no refund will be given for any reason including bad weather, lack of availability, Animal and Plant Health Agency (AHPA) restrictions & protection zones and circumstances beyond our control.
Revisions to these terms
We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. Please check these terms and conditions regularly, as continued use of the Eden Falconry website after a change has been made is your acceptance of the change, whether or not you have reviewed them
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
